Eden Group – Company History

EDEN GROUP a.s. is a joint-stock company specialized in the provision of spa, hotel and hospitality services. Besides that, we also provide consultancy activities focused on investments in the hospitality-spa business. Eden Group a.s. was founded in 2001. Its roots, however, date back to 1997 when the company New Bridge s.r.o. was established and Eden Group a.s. is its successor.

At the present time Eden Group a.s. operates the Castle Spa, a luxury spa facility and Carlsbad Plaza, a five star hotel opened on 23/12/2005 which became member of the alliance "The Leading Hotels of the World" on 1 April 2007, comprising the 400 best hotels in the world.

In April 2007 Eden Group a.s. opened the Carlsbad Clinic, a first-class facility offering a broad scale of diagnostics, cosmetics and other specialized services. Also an operating room for aesthetic and plastic surgery is located in the Carlsbad Clinic. On 21/04/2005 the Company was awarded the quality management certificate according to ISO 9000/2001 for the provision of spa, accommodation and boarding services.
