Kobe Beef Menu in Karlovy Vary!

Let us invite you to a unique event in our restaurant La Bohème where we will serve on 29th of April 2010 the first-class menu with Kobe Beef. The Kobe Beef meat comes from the Japanese Wagyu cattle which is rightly named the best meat of the world. Chefs call it the „Beef Foie Gras“.
Herds of cattle graze on green juicy meadows, the nutrition consists of corn, soya and malt and finally beer. Yes, beer! Beer stimulates the digestive tract and thus improves appetite. The meat has a very delicate marbling and a very low melting point, causing an ethereal taste.
Japanese who were breeding this cattle, which is the result of breeding over several centuries, are considered to be national champions, and therefore it is prohibited to export this beef. But the demand for this gourmet experience was so powerful that Wagyu beef is bred already in Australia, USA and Canada but under the strict supervision of Japanese breeders.

- Homemade Crème Brulée with tartar of macerated fruits accompanied by a chocolate soufflé
- Espresso with milk and homemade Pralines
